1. Delivery Areas
We deliver from three branches. Your delivery fee is calculated from the real road distance between the branch and your address, and is always shown at checkout before you pay.

2. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on your distance from the selected branch and are displayed at checkout before payment. Charges may vary by branch and order value.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery times:
- Within 5 km: 30–45 minutes
- 5–10 km: 45–60 minutes
- 10–15 km: 60–90 minutes
- Beyond 15 km: please allow extra time — our team will keep you updated
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during peak hours, festivals, or adverse weather conditions.
4. Midnight / Late-Night Delivery
We offer midnight delivery (after 10 PM) for special occasions at no extra charge.
5. Long-Distance Delivery
The delivery fee increases progressively with distance rather than as a separate surcharge — it is the one fee shown at checkout. For very long distances, our team may contact you to confirm the order before dispatch.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed and assigned to a delivery rider, you can track live delivery status from your account dashboard on our website.
7. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, we will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to reach you within 10 minutes, the order may be returned and a refund will be processed minus delivery charges.
8. Delivery Availability
Delivery is available during branch operating hours only. Hours may vary by branch and may change on public holidays. Check our website or contact your branch for current hours.
