2. About Us

Hai Bakery Chef is a food delivery business operating from Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh, India, with branches in Budumuru and Ichhapuram. We offer cakes, tiffins, biryani, chocolates, and other bakery products for home delivery.

3. Orders and Availability

All orders are subject to product availability and branch operating hours. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. You will be notified and refunded if an order cannot be fulfilled.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes. Payment must be completed before order confirmation. We accept UPI, cards, and net banking via Razorpay. Cash on delivery may be available at select branches.

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are indicative only. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Delivery is available within the serviceable radius of each branch (up to 15 km). Delivery charges are displayed at checkout.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement. After that, please contact us directly — we will do our best to assist before the order enters preparation. For prepaid orders that qualify for cancellation, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. See our full Refund Policy.

7. Product Quality

We take every effort to ensure freshness and quality. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

8. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use this platform to place fraudulent orders, misuse promotional codes, attempt to access other users' accounts, or engage in any activity that disrupts our service.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design is the property of Hai Bakery Chef and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Hai Bakery Chef shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the disputed order.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh.
