3. Payment information

We do not store your credit/debit card details or UPI credentials. All payment transactions are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS certified payment gateway. Please refer to Razorpay's privacy policy for details on how payment data is handled.

We use session cookies to keep you logged in during your visit. We do not use tracking, advertising, or third-party analytics cookies.

All customer data is stored on secure Google Firebase servers with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion at any time.
